Blogging:
About 90 percent of bloggers will answer no to the first question, and many of those will also answer no to the second. Making money online has never been more difficult. All of the methods we used a few years ago have become incredibly ineffective, leaving bloggers scrambling for new ways to earn. Many of them have stopped blogging completely.

5 Reason why bloggers fail to earn money

1. Your blog is not fully optimized
Do you think that you have a fully optimized blog? If you are not able to generate money, then maybe it’s not optimized. Brush up your SEO skills, do some keyword research, write articles according to your blog’s keywords. SEO optimized blog ensures you quality traffic from search engines and also tells your readers you are serious about blogging.

Don’t be lazy in optimizing your blog and your content and make Loading Time very Fast. Use proper title tags, proper keywords, do some basic SEO and that would be enough to optimize your content

2.  Your blog is ads factory
Got approval from Adsense? Congratulations. But don’t rush into putting ads at each and every possible place. You won’t earn a single penny and worse, you might get banned from Adsense.

Don’t use too many ads program; don’t think that more ads mean more money. Nope, more ads mean no money. Your readers should be able to see your content clearly. The sidebars should be clean; all the widgets should be at their place. Once you have a great readership, you wouldn’t need to make an effort; advertisers will automatically contact you and thus some big bucks will be generated.

5. Poor Blog Design
3.Poor Blog Design
If your blog have good contents that are well optimized by search engine and you get good traffic through these contents. But if your blog is poorly designed and looks not attractive then there are chances that your visitors may run away due to this factor. So concentrate on building clean and perfect design, which is free jumble up contents, navigations and ads e.t.c.

4.First People, Then Money
If you start with an aim to make a lot of money you will probably make none.

It is amazing how many success stories start with somebody just doing what they love with no intent on making money. This is true for blogs and real companies. A popular example is Darren from Problogger who started his blog as a hobby. He did not start making money until he had a popular and trusted blog. Steve Wozniak created the first Apple because he loved computers and wanted one for himself – his focus was to make a great computer, not to make money.

At the beginning your attention should be on people. All your creative energy should be aimed towards helping people and impacting people’s lives.

A blog that has an impact on peoples lives is easy to monetize. A blog that does not impact people’s lives will never make any money regardless of how much energy you spend thinking about it. Do not think about it. Focus on people and the money will come later by itself.

5. You don’t have a brand
Why many blogs are earning thousands each month and not you?? It’s because they have established their brand and you still don’t know about it. People remember that particular blog by seeing their logo or even a similar image.

Blog branding and thus personal branding is a point that many bloggers take seriously when it comes to establish your online persona and an authority blog. If any blog launches a product, people buy that product only when they trust that brand (that blog). Brand your blog according to what you are; what your blog is all about. Use proper logo in your blog and in every social media account. Use a proper tagline and some great design elements and brand yourself.
